Outbound Marketing Advisor (Lead Generation Agent) will be responsible for driving business to business sales via lead generation, lead qualification, opportunity identification and outbound lead generation activities. The ideal candidate is competitive, energetic, and passionate about establishing a rewarding career in marketing. Working in collaboration with our assigned client's marketing strategy, the Lead Generation Agent's primary objective is to provide qualified leads, schedule seminars, and appointments with prospective customers. Lead Generation Agents must have the ability to understand the marketplace, be able to communicate our client's business solution effectively, and profile businesses to determine if they are qualified prospects.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • contact businesses or private individuals by phone
  • deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to schedule seminars and appointments with prospective customers
  • describe products and services
  • respond to questions
  • identify and overcome objections
  • take the customer through the sales process
  • obtain customer information
  • obtain possible customer leads
  • maintain customer/potential customer data bases
  • follow up on initial contacts
  • complete records of telephonic interactions, seminars and appointments

Education & Experience:

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proficient in relevant computer applications and call center systems
  • good keyboarding skills
  • knowledge of sales principles and methods
  • proven track record in sales
  • required language skills
